mozaika.systems is a joint brand of Nordmind, on the market since 2013, and ezDev, under which we build dedicated systems for trading and distribution companies, foundations and public institutions. We automate document workflows, reporting and repetitive processes, and where it brings real time savings we support them with artificial intelligence. Bilingual product website for Cargore Sp. z o.o., a Polish manufacturer of a three-wheel electric cargo bike with a family cabin and a cargo module carrying up to 240 kg. It features an interactive vehicle configurator, which we will replace with a purchasing module in the future.

Online store with crochet patterns: WooCommerce, PL and EN language versions

Sharkotea

WooCommerce store for a designer of crochet clothing: dresses, tops, sets and cover-ups. Customers buy original crochet patterns to make themselves, adjusting size, length and cut. The store runs in Polish and English, with a wishlist, customer accounts and online payments.

Web application for handling online messages to the 116 111 helpline for children and teenagers

Empowering Children Foundation

A dedicated web application in which 116 111 helpline consultants reply to online messages from children and teenagers. The system organises the team's work: it queues requests, keeps contact history, manages permissions and provides the statistics the Empowering Children Foundation needs for reporting. The application runs in the browser and has been maintained and developed by us since launch.

Corporate website for H.E.A.R., a Polish manufacturer of audiophile racks and stands for hi-end equipment. It presents product lines, materials and a gallery of installations in Polish and English, helping the company reach customers and distributors abroad. The client manages the content through a CMS.

Website of the 116 111 helpline for children and teenagers run by the Empowering Children Foundation. It combines an extensive knowledge base with articles on young people's problems and access to online help, while the foundation's editors publish and update content themselves in the CMS. The site is optimised for search engines and mobile devices.

An Empowering Children Foundation service for parents and carers. It contains a knowledge base on parenting and child safety, information about forms of help, and sign-ups for meetings and workshops. The site is built on a CMS, so the foundation's team adds new materials on its own.

System for planning and managing the work schedule of a consultant team

grafik.fdds.pl Empowering Children Foundation

A dedicated system for planning and settling the shifts of Empowering Children Foundation consultants, serving several helpline projects in parallel, including the 116 111 helpline and the 800 100 100 line. The application runs recurring shift contracting as well as one-off shifts, enforces breaks, hour limits and role changes within shift blocks, and automatically updates the schedule for substitutions, holidays and sick leave. Coordinators see staffing gaps, cost estimates and staffing demand forecasts in real time, while consultants receive a ready monthly settlement as input for their invoices. The goal was to shorten contracting from a month to a week and replace spreadsheets with a single source of truth.

Technically, the backend is Symfony 7 with API Platform 4 and PHP 8.2, built modularly with DDD and CQRS (schedule, HR, billing, reporting, team capacity and permissions modules), on MySQL 8 with Doctrine ORM and entity change auditing. Asynchronous jobs, including e-mail sending and report generation, run on Symfony Messenger with separate workers, and schedule changes reach users in real time via Mercure. The frontend is a Vue 3 SPA with TypeScript, Vuetify and Pinia, featuring a shift calendar, charts and role-based permissions. Everything runs in Docker containers with deployments through GitLab CI, and stability is ensured by uptime monitoring in Uptime Kuma, backend and frontend error tracking in Sentry, metrics in Prometheus and Grafana, and Autoheal restarting unhealthy containers. Quality is guarded by PHPUnit tests and end-to-end tests in Playwright.

Alongside a knowledge base and news, it includes an online donation module with electronic payments, allowing the foundation to raise funds directly on the site. The foundation's team manages the content in a CMS.

B2B online store with products for ice cream parlours: mixes, slush syrups, wafers and accessories

Lody Marsjano

B2B online store for Lody Marsjano, a supplier to ice cream parlours and food service: ice cream mixes, slush syrups, wafers and accessories. Business customers order online with wholesale prices and order history, and the store is integrated with payments and delivery handling. It is also integrated with the PC-Market sales and warehouse system, so stock levels, prices and orders synchronise automatically between the store and the warehouse. The store runs on WooCommerce and is maintained by us.

Konfitura is an event management system: participant registration, application forms, bulk mailing and SMS, and a simple CRM in one tool. Organisers of conferences, training sessions and industry meetings handle sign-ups and communication with participants without stitching together several separate services.
